For those of you who have the K&N Dynojet kit Stage 2 for the Raptor, do the main jets seem small. I believe the mains go from 136-150 in the kit. I have read many posts about Raptor jetting and most people are running between 155 and 180 mains. Is the kit a little lean or not a large enough range? For those of you who have the kit, how is it? Did you need to buy additional jets or did the machine run strong wit what was included? I am running a FMF powerbomb header, Supertrapp IDS2 silencer, and K&N Filtercharger in stock air box with flaps removed. I am at sea level. Thanks for your help.

I have the dyno jet kit.. the numbers on the main aren't standard.. so you can't compare them to what everyone else says.

I followed the directions to the letter and I am just about perfectly jetted. I used the full after market exhaust setting @ sea level (which happens to use the largest jets in the kit).

The one thing I did different from the kit, I installed 27.5 pilots, and I'm really happy I did.

Brad

PS.. I also used the aftermarket needles, I think they helped some.

I also used the largest jets in the kit. The needles in the Dynojet kit have a different taper that's what makes them work so good. I got my jetting perfect the first time using the kit. I have an FMF slip-on,2.5" hole in the airbox + snorkle mod, and UNI filter.
