For what this is worth, I raced 2 Raptors and a DS (same race) a few times. Crushed them the first time, came down the hill and then let them have a 15 foot head start and still beat them handily. I can believe it when someone says they beat a modded banshee on hard pack, the Banshee is in wheel spin city, but go to the sand, get some paddles, and there is no way the Raptor/DS is going to beat a piped Banshee (that is jetted right, inside joke for Wyoduner!) Si i dont have any idea where you guys are getting these stories, unless of course this is all a dream. Kinda like the saying goes, The older I get, the faster I was!!! I do have one possible reason for these "fish tales". Something like "I lost to him by 4 quads, but if I would have had a better start, less weight, more traction, race gas, clean filter, and running with no water in the radiator, I would have beat him". Im not trying to put down the Raptor and DS, but i really dont see how people get off by telling the world they beat a lightly modded Banshee, especially in the sand...

Hey guys from South Bend, Indiana. How long does it take you guys to get to Silver Lake? Have you taken the trip south to The Badlands? If so, how does it compare to Silver Lake? I havent been to MI yet but The Badlands is ATV heaven. How are those Raptor holding up?
