Is there anyone out there besides me that has ordered this dam color? What's the hold up? What's the big deal? It's friggin' silver!!! That's it, nothin' special!!! Hey Yamaha...that 700 is starting to sound pretty good.
Seriously, does anyone have delivery info? Besides just September that is?

Tony

Do you even know why it is silver? Because there is a grizzly bear that has a silver tip.

Are you guys concerned that the silver color is painted on the plastic? Scratches or flaking off... I read that in one of the mags. Not convinced it's true, though.

The new issue of ATV action said that also, that the fenders are actually black with a "flexible" silver paint on them. That sounds like water and oil to me.

My dealer said that the silver front fender plastic is $200 more than the red to replace. I believe he was talking of each side. I don't think silver would be a good choice if you ride in tight woods either...it'd likely scratch off...in my opinion. OUT
