I just jetted my raptor not to long ago, what a pain that was but i have it to were it runs good now, except after awhile about 1 to 2 hrs or so it starts to foul the plug out. should i have to do something with air screws or anything like that any help is much appreciated

well can't help without more info. like what you changed in carb like size
jets with just a slip on you should be using 155-160 mains and 27 pilots

your problem sounds to rich need to go down in main jets
