I have a Warrior with the stock tires on it. I ran over a nail. What is the best way to fix this tire and still have the reliability to go for a long ride in the woods without having it leak air out the same hole?

Buy a plug kit at any auto part store. A nail barely even counts as a hole. I have a sidewall hole with 8 plugs in it and a can of Slime. It has been holding for months. On a recent trip to the strip mines of PA, a friend got a hole that required 12 plugs in the sidewall. Have to admit that the plugs fell out twice more during that day. He ended up getting a new tire.

best way would be to use a plug, if u wanna make it look clean and will seal better, buy a patch and patch the inside but for a nial hole get a plug

if you are really concerned about it, tube it. Don't think you have to go that far though
