2into1 Banshee carb, or 30mm twin setup....which ones better?

Which one whould you prefer on a mx track...?

Do you have any motorwork done. If so stay away from the 2 into 1. The Banshee is made to run best with 2 carbs and 2 pipes. I to was interested in the 2 into 1 carb setup until I talked to some people that had it. They hurt top end and really dont add to much at the bottom. What type of 30mm carb are you talking about. A 28pwk bored to a 30? For MX you want a strong bottom end. The larger the carb, the more bottom end you loose due to slow air movement through the carb at low revs. I like the 28pwk's. They give you a power boost throughout the rev range. 30mm might not hurt bottom end too much, but for MX I would go with 28pwk's. If you have motorwork done then call the company that did the job and ask them for carb advice, If it was a reputable company they would have told you what carb to get anyway.
