Hey man, you will need a 10mm socket, screwdriver, and a metric allen.Frist take off the deal the key is in just pull up, next take off the little cover over the gas tank with the four plaistc screws it slide like back and off.Next take off the front rad. plastic cover two allens up top silver in color. take off frount fenders two bolts under seat two under fender holds lights and fenders on and one right up front and center. And remove next take off fuel line at the fuel tank and three 10mm bolts take off tank next you will see a rubber deal over the carbs held on by two screws holding a hose on back side take them off pull out rubber sheild. remove air box lid, loosen four allen bolts on the carb boots. Pull carbs out make sure you pull up on the hoses that run out the bottom of the carbs! HAVE fun it is very easy man! Skydog

i have a full FMF system and prodesign filter setup and run air box lid off when in sand, not in dirt. I have 160/165 jets and there is still a lean midrange so i dont know whether to go up 5 or 10. Sean

Go to 170/175, raise the needle up one, and turn the mixture screw out 3 full turns that should work very well.
