My Kodiak SWEAKS

I have a 2001 KODIAK and it has about 200 miles on it when i sit on it and lean to the left side the thing sweaks it seems to be comming from the control arm bushing same thing if i am riding it and lean to the Left its sweaks My girlfriends family has 4 other kodiaks 2 1999's and 2 2001 and the 2 1999's also sweak DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM AND IF SO WHAT IS THE CURE ... we were thinkin of drill a hole and putting a grease zerk there (IF POSSIBLE)WHAT DO YA ALL THINK???????????????

I have this problem on my 2000 Kodiak as well as my buddy.On mine it is without a doubt the lower bushing on the shock.If you jack it up by the frame so that you unload the suspension,then remove the wheel you can unbolt the lower shock bolt without a problem.When you take out the bolt swing the shock out and there will be a brass looking insert that pushes into the shock.I remove mine,emory cloth it clean and jam it full of grease.This will stop it for a while but it will return.I would bet anything this is where your squeak is.Crappy design.Let me know what you find out.

My shocks have squeeked before. I sprayed some teflon sray on them and it stopped.
