My buddy just bought a used blaster,and it has some 8x8 polished aluminum wheels with sand paddle tires on them. We asked the previous owner what brand the wheels were and he was unsure.The face of the wheel is blank,(no stamp), so i know they are not itp wheels, but stamped on the inside it has (made in the usa and the model #030598. If anyone could help me find this out it would be greatly appreciated.

The only other major alloy atv rim mfgr I'm aware of would be Douglas. I have Douglas rims on my quad but I don't recall seeing any numbers on them.
