What is the top speed of a grizzly, not what the speedometer says the true top speed. Thanks

Mine was 60 dead even on flat pavement. It had to wind out to that over a good ways. It hits 56 pretty quick, the other 4 take some time. This was on a magellan 315 GPS. For the record, the speedometer said 65. Everything stock. Bike had like 200 miles on it at the time I think. Hope that helps some.

Seems this question pops up every other day or so..Anyway, I've had mine at 68 (indicated) on a level dirt road. I think it had a bit more.

I don't see 70. I bet you will hear a lot of crap though. I swear I sat and listened once to a Honda dealer blow smoke up a guys *** about how a stock DS650 would hit 104mph stock. Said it was in ATV magazine (which normally shows the lowest speed figures of any publication). Check this out. He said this because he wanted to sell it. This was like a month and a half after the Raptor was released. He also said he had guys coming in right and left trading in their Raptors for them.

Ok, I had to be an *** to him. It was unavoidable. First I just made a comment that I heard they were both in the same ballpark between 71-75. He didn't like that. Got all huffy and started in on how I needed to go buy the magazine. Then I got wise with him. I said that the Raptor had only been out a short while, the local dealers haven't had but maybe 5 of them in yet (they were still hard to get at this time so how is he going to have a ton of guys wanting to trade). Hell, nobody could have had it long enough to even get the notion of trading in that ammount of time. Then I asked what he had done with all the Raptors that were traded in. (not one on the site) The guy changed the subject, I walked off laughing (because this jackass deserved it), and the two guys he was pitching the 650 to lost interest in the line of bull he was feeding them, and went and looked at the Rubicon.

In other words, you hear a lot of jive *** bull crap from a lot of people.
