Get an FMF Mega Max 2 or a White Bros. E Series

the megamax and white bros are good pipes but they are verry loud. I also have a 99 warrior. I put a Supertrapp IDS 2 Quiet Series on mine. It is not too loud but still performs wonderfully. And if you don't feel like you are getting enough out of it, you can put a racing core in it.

When you put a new pipe on your bike, you will also need a new air filter. The stock filter will not allow enough air flow for an aftermarket pipe. You will also need to have a jet kit put in you bike to balance the fuel to air ratio.

I have a black and yellow 99 warrior: twist throttle, 909 yellow and black grips, jet kit, Supertrapp IDS 2 muffler, and a torque stuffer(more low end power). I love it.

Good luck with your mods.

I just installed a Pro Flow filter kit with a Moto Force vented airbox lid, along with a White Bros. E-Series Pro Meg Pipe (early Christmas presents). Yea, the pipe is loud with all 12 supplied discs, but not horribly so, and you can always reduce the amount of discs to 4 which gets you really close to factory pipe performance and loudness. The best mod of all of these in my opinion is definitely the Pro Flow filter kit, which really opens up the intake, and the vented lid helps too. As far as jetting, I'm still experimenting (at sea level) and am currently running a 162.5 main over the stock 145 jet...don't think a change in the needle jet is necessary.

HoundDog06, in your opinion is the torque stuffer worth the money? How much difference do you "really" feel on the low end, and when running it do you notice any loss on the top end? Thanks!

2000_Warrior_350~ First of all, Yessss!!! It was definitely worth the money. I paid around $32 for mine from ALBA Racing. I immediately noticed an incredible increase in Low end power. (I need some low end for hill climbing and takeoff.) As far as the top end, I was told that it lowered my top speed only 1 or 2 mph but there is no noticeable difference without clocking it. But with all the mods I have done to my bike, I am still running way way faster than stock.

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any more questions.

I forgot to add that you can buy a Quiet Core insert for the White Bros. pipes to quieten them even further--they run about $35.00.
