Banshee noise? FMF

I was a riding a '97 'Shee today that had FMF Fatty pipes with Power Core silencers. Sure it was fast and all, but the noise! No it wasn't loud, it was quieter than my stock Scrambler 500! I couldn't beleive it. The others I have seen on the trails all had different pipes, but they were loud. Just an FYI.
