When i am idling, or going slow, after a short while, my banshee starts boiling the radiator fluid over and out of the overflow hose. I ordered a 19 fin hydro cooler but couldnt really tell a difference. I have thought about maybe highlifters cooldown system? what about other products? thanx!

Yeah, you should jet it leaner. It is running rich and when it runs rich it will tend to run hotter and foul plugs out. Have you recently modded the banshee?

Hey I was wondering if any of you guys could send me a picture of your banshee engine either in or out of the frame. I'm trying to sell a banshee motor on ebay but I don't have a scanner and I need a pic. honda_ex_rider@hotmail.com

Banshee's tend to run hot anyways. wrong jetting doesn't help the matter either.

too rich jetting doesn't make it run hot...well, that's what I thought.
It's rich anyways, if you foul plugs after an hour...this weekend, it took me a couple hours at a very slow pace (rocky tight rough trails...in 1st and 2nd right above idle) to foul the plugs (they did eventually foul...both of 'em...hehe).
Mine didn't overheat though...maybe because I put my license plate where some relocate the coolant overflow, and it makes sort of a scoop to bring more air to the radiator...maybe it helps. maybe not.

Banshee are notorious for overheating.. when I had mine I finally got it to stop by upgrading the water pump impellor to a pro-design. Never heard the boiling sound again..

Also replace the water pump drive gear while you are in there.
