If I get a new axle for my Raptor do I need to get anything else with it, like hub or anything?? I just see that on Lonestar and Durablue's site they have alot of axle accessories and stuff. Just making sure I wouldn't need any of those also.

Also, what is the best place to buy the Lonestar axle? Or should I go with the Durablue?

stock equipment (ie. hubs, sprockets, etc.) will fit the aftermarket axle. Spend the extra for the lonestar. The durablue won't stay tight!

Definately the LoneStar. Like Popo35 said, call Marty at The Quad Shop.

I have a durablue axle, and while I have no complaint about the axle itself the lock nut keeps coming loose. also warranty and service from durablue are SUB-standard. basically go with Lonestar or someone else

vraptor:

Looking at your profile. I see that you are running Elka's. I just ordered triple ssd and adjust compression with remote rezzies for my Raptor. I also bought a denton steering stab and was wondering how do you like yours?

The shocks are a major improvement over stock, and generally better than the works pro's my riding partner got, they are a bit heavier if that matters, the stearing stabilizer is great, but I find I set it on the lightest settings now, with the elkas I hit the trail faster and need the quicker response. you will be happy with the improved suspension
