Yes, if you buy a Dyno jet kit it will have three main jets. That was one of the things that disappointed me about the kit. If you buy a kit for a Rubicon there are 6 or 8 jets in the kit, and the kits cost the same price!

I wouldn't get the jet kit without the K&N filter. The jet kit means more fuel, which means it'll need more air, and I don't think the stocker could keep up. Also the price is so much better if you buy it all at the same time.

If you drill the air box lid you shouldn't have too much of a problem, though I did eventually get fed up with draining the airbox due to splashing, and bought a new lid. They're really cheap. The other option it to duct tape it if you're riding in wet weather, or in the winter.

If you go and buy individual jets just get the next 2 or 3 sizes up from stock (I think stock is a 140, but I could be wrong) and test out which one will work best for you. I can tell you that the Dynojet jet for under 3000ft is a 155, so you can go pretty big if you're not living in the mountains.

I did drop my needle one position, though now I have the dynojet needle in there.
