I plan on buying some +2 A-arms maybe +2/+1f, then new shocks will follow. But untill then will my stock shocks work with these a-arms or will I have to have them adjusted ?

They will work, and the quad will ride pretty nice.
But, if you do any jumps, it is going to bottom out on you. I ordered a set of Elkas to go with my 2" a-arms, and the shocks took about 3 weeks to get here. In that time I wore all the paint off the bottom of my frame from bottoming out!
