I tried replying in my last post, but there was an error.
Anyways, I just wanted to to add that even when I press the clutch, the trans. stays in 3rd(doesn't disengage)
Maybe this will help
Note: this is an addition to my last post stating that my blaster was stuck in 3rd gear, and also, it does have fresh oil.

So I have to assume that you can't get it started since you can't get it into neutral. Block up the rear wheels and try turning them a little (or rocking the bike forward or backward) while trying to shift down into neutral. These transmissions usually don't shift just sitting still. If it still won't shift the shift drum is stuck/damaged possibly. You can access it from the right side of the engine still in the bike by draining oil and removing the clutch cover. I recommend a good service manual like clymer.

I tryed getting it to roll, and then shift, but it still won't shift. But I doubt my current skill level is good enough to do a job like this. Most of the people in the forum also seem to agree that it is probably the shift drum.
But thanks a lot, I really need all the help I can get
