Blaster Proformance Upgrade

I just installed a DG Proformance Exhaust ,Boysen Power Reeds & a K&N Air filter on my blaster Could somebody tell me what is a good jet combonation,It had a 280 main and i'm not sure of the size of the slow jet.It's got good mid range,but awful on top end.

i cant get mine running right either, i dont have a k&n but i put a dg pipe, boyesen reeds, in it but i have tryed 230(stock) 240,250,260 none seem to run good in it. it doesnt want to rev out on full trottle goiing down the road

I'm not sure of the answer...I too have a blaster....It doesn't get ridden as much as it should...But it has an FMF pipe settup...
When you say it lacks on the top end....does it seem to be starving...or flooding? 280 main seems a bit high for me....especially if your still running the airbox lid...
Anyway...the last time I had that problem..it was the adjustment for the cable on the top of the carb...the slide was being restricted and not opening all the way.....
I would remove the air filter and look into the carb to see if your getting full movement of the slide...and adjust as necessary...I have removed the stock carb tops and went with a much simpler cap and cable settup.
Also..I would check the throttle limiting screw on the thumb throttle....I think they have one right...My girlfriend rides the blaster and has not been into it lately...I have been concentrating on my Banshee for the most part
