did you replace it with a new one and it broke also.or did you just weld the first one. Maybe your weld was not right .Ihave had things welded before and they never seem as strong as new.Seems to break right next to weld .Somethings ihave had welded dont break .I think it depends on the person doing the welding.

Well...I have ridden my Blater pretty hard. Jumping, wheelies, etc. I have yet to break an arm off...Bent a few...But they were my own fault...those trees tend to jump right out in front of you.
If you are riding extremely aggressive...then it may be time to think about upgrading the front suspension. That will take some of the hit away from the Arms. Other than that...watch out for those trees.

You must have some serious bad luck...

My wifes '88 Blaster still has the original a-arms, and I beat the crap out of it before she got it!

Unless you are hanging the wheel up on something when you are breaking those A arm's-you are probably just over doing the stock suspension. I've mentioned this(that when things are getting torn up one usually needs more and stiffer suspension, not nessessarily heavier chassis components) before, on the polaris forum.

i also agree that trees come up pretty fast, but u say u didn't hit a tree, so i have know idea. The quad could have been defected from the factory.
