Raptor Question,Is the brake light tied into the e brake at all???/

I just took off the stock clutch handle and removed the e brake system and now the brake light is stuck on permantly.Anyone else run into this?

The brake light switch is located directly below the right brake lever. There is a spring coming off the lever going directly to the switch. I've noticed on mine that sometimes when I step on the brake lever real hard, the switch sticks. Just reach down and push the switch back down and it should go off.
