Now, I never said it wasn't a good deal. It's just that there ad said- all for Yamaha's MSRP, JUST $6499!! It's not a good deal for someone who lives on the other side of this Nation either. There are some folks walking out the door with their Raptors for $7000- No shipping charges or handling fees. I would hope you could get a pipe and jet kit for less than $1100.

I got my 2002 for $6200 otd. That leaves lots of room to modify it like I want and still come out way cheaper. Alba wouldn't get my money on this one! As has already been stated...."if it sounds too good to be true, it most certainly ISN'T!".

What dealer did you get your bike from in AZ for 6200 OTD?

That would be the best deal I've seen in AZ.

Do you know somebody?

I agree with you Mr.Fauker, I would never buy anything from Alba especially their cheesy graphics. Its a shame they make up for their great deals by really sticking it to you with other hidden cost. They remind me a lot of the company DG (Defective Goods), they spend tons of money on really deceptive adverstising. I purchased a chassi skid plate for my DS from DG and the hole in the plate did not come close to lining up with drain plug on the DS. All this for about $110. You would think with all the advertising they do DG (Defective Goods) would make quality products? GO figure. Probably all of their money goes into marketing their junk. I think Chasman said it best - if it sounds too good........I too feel your pain.

Man theirs a lot of SUCKERS out their.I new that alba ad had to be a SCAM when I saw it.What a joke, who would pay over 8 grand for a Raptor with a pipe on it and some damm ugly graffix.I paid $6500.00 otd for my 02 raptor and i still feel like i paid too much for it.All I have to say is for the guy who posted that he spent like 12 grand at alba for his raptor you make way too much money and i hope alba gave you a free jar of vasoline with your purchase.Just goes to show you theirs a sucker born every day. The last time I was out here, Scottd had a 2001 that was screwed up. So did he get rid of that and buy a 2002 and where did you get it because 6200 OTD has to be the lowest I heard.
