if your seal is spinning or moving around in the housing, try coating it with loctite where it meets the case.

I have a 97 Banshee. I have toomy pipes, 2into 1 carb, 420 big bore long rod, welded crank, ect.. ect... I have had to replace the left crank seal two times last year. I have herd of people siliconing the seal into place but I don't know. I have the engine tore down now because of a blow up from over heating. If anyone can help let me know.
