This weekend my banshee will come back from being bored 50 over with new rings and pistons. What kind of break-in (if any) do I need to do?

Since the bottom end is already broken in, you should just take it easy for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Ive been recently told that this is to long, but I normally run-in a motor for about 30 hours, regardless of if its a top end rebuild, or the whole thing. Theory there is that you still have wrist pins and connecting rod bearings to run in.. You did change those bearings didn't you?
