best plastic cleaner ????

i have a 98' banshee and the plastic is showing alot of dirty scratches which i can't stand. it has white fenders and the scratches are dark. please help me out as to what i can do about this.

I USE SIMPLE GREEN...IT'S BIODEGRADABLE TOO. THE ONLY THING IS WATCH YOU STICKERS BECAUSE IT WILL PEEL THEM OFF. ALSO THE BLEECH WHITE TIRE CLEANER WORKS WELL.

Try soft scrub with bleach. Works great on my 01 raptor.
