Tell the people about that race you and your friend had against a stock FX400.

I don't mean to start a fight but I think most will agree it takes some $$$ to make a 660R keep up with a Cdale. The 660R still has much more engine potential but the Cannible has better handling.

I'm sandgod's brother and we both got spanked by a cannondale. We raced at Little Sahara Ut. at sand mountain. The hill is extremely long and a stock 400ex struggles to make it to the top. Our raptors had full pipes (Big Gun & DMC), 12 tooth countershaft sprocket on mine 40 tooth rear on his, pro flow on mine opened airbox on his. No internal engine mods on either one. We were all running Hauler 8 paddle tires as well. We started from a dead stop and were neck and neck about a third of the way up, but after that the cannondale motored away from both of us. He probably beat us by 10 to 12 bike lengths at the top. I'm making no excuses, we got smoked! I weigh 225lbs. my bro 180 lbs. and the rider on the cannondale weighed 160lbs. Both of us were very impressed with the cannodale. I normally don't hillshoot, it's boring to me to sit at a hill all day. We just wanted to see how the cannondales run. Damn they run good. Don't let the displacement fool ya.

That be the story. It takes more rpm then torque to motor up this bad boy faster. This hill siezes thousands of motors. We have tested many pipes on this hill also and you can feel the differnce in how each pipe pulls. We are more into corner to corner acceleration so I'm not concerned about losing on a hill. I can say banshee's and 295r's don't have anything on our (oh my Raptor) Raptors on the track as far as power and speed. Heres the hill.......but change the white box above the pic to NORMAL or LARGE. ENJOY!
