what kind of ATV's are the US special forces using, seen them on CNN.

One thing that I noticed is that nobody riding them were wearing helmets. When people go out to ride dirt bikes they get all geared up and say lets go ride, but people don't view quads as the same way. Everybody thinks that they can ride them and that they are more stable and much safer. My question is whats easier to lift off your head, a 200lbs dirt bike or a 600lbs + quad? What will do more damage to your head quad or dirt bike? It just makes me mad because people act irresponsibly and always have to play the victim and blame it on the ATV.

Need 4 Speed,
That's probably because the protective helmets we wear aren't bullet proof. The P.A.S.G.A.T. (Fritz helmets) while bullet proof, probably aren't Afgan D.O.T. approved either. Their biggest worry is being shot while riding over there, not wrecking the quads. Kind of like some parts of the U.S.
