Your dealer charges no set-up cost? Are you sure? Sometimes they call it Dealer prep. Also @ $6,299.00 plus tax, total of $6,499.00 that would make your sales tax only $200.00 or &quot;3%&quot;. Is it really only 3%? What about registration costs, does your state impose any? Do you have paperwork that shows that the final price is $6,499.00 out the door?

The dealer is in Hudson Wisconsin. My family has a summerhome in Wisconsin so the tax is 5.5% and registration for 2 years is like 20 bucks. As for the price it is 6299 plus sales tax and registration for a regular 02 raptor 6499 for the only LE he is getting. There is no setup charges or delivery or prep or anything like that, only tax and registration. I have paperwork and it shows price and stuff like that.

 

<< MN has a 6.5% sales tax but what he is saying is that he is paying $200 more foe the LE b4 sales tax but no they dont charge any set up or prep and license is $26 or $28 I have found one for $5895 and should close the deal in the next week or two.... >>



Just curious if that 5895 is for an 01 or an 02? Is it an LE? that seems like a really good deal.
