I need to know what size jets to get for my raptor I've got a pro-flow foam filter system, and de-baffled muffler...

 

I have the pro-flow kn with the flaps cut out of the snorkle and 2 uni-vent holes in lid with the stock muffler my jetting is 150-155 mains and 25 pilots. that is a good place to start with your mods...

oh yeah I forgot to mention the avg. altitude in kentucky is 750 above sea level i read, so id say in around that, and i am leaving the lid off the airbox also.

 

The best performance results have been achieved by those using the k&n jet kit (by dynojet). Call dynojet before you re-jet and tell 'em your engine setup and altitude. They will give you a customized reccommendation for jetting and needle placement. Costs more to do it this way, but you get what you pay for.

 

I'd rather just pay about 10 bucks and do it the cheap way till i get a pipe.

 

Back when I was running that set-up I was using a 160/165 main combo. I'm around the same elevation. Without an airbox lid these thing's are thirsty.
