guess im getting in this kinda late, just got back from little sahara, last weekend , great weather, semi-large crowd,new banshee(didn't like the ride of it very much),, i cant wait to go to the dunes yall are talking about. its going to rain so ill stay home,, but if another trip is planned ill go (me&son).... by then i will do some mods to the suspension(guess im getting old% saw a few people on the kawi 650&thought wow that rides sweet!) or trade it for the new suzuki 400,, sounds like a great machine,,, see yall shrkfin

I've been to the Kermit dunes a few times with the gang last year. I live in Lake Jackson and the drive is about 8-9 hours to Kermit, but well worth the drive. Of course I have in-laws in Odessa so that made the trip justifiable. I'll let you know when the next Kermit trip is gonna be and perhaps we can hookup in Houston.
