It's time for new tires.I've been looking at the razr(22x11-9)and the Bandit (22x10-9) both are between $54 & $64.I ride mostly trails ,sometimes I will ride the local track.I plan to take a trip and ride the Texas dunes this summer.THE razr looks more tracky while the bandit looks more trailie.Whats the dif. between the bandit a/t and the x/c.Besides $10.I want to go to a 22 in. for clearance.Would it help to go to a 11in. or should I stay with a 10in.I also looked at the fast trekker(20x10-9)? The Razor is a superior tire to the Bandit. The razor is alot lighter and actually has as good as mud traction as the bandit but the razor out does it on hard pack sand and grass and any other terrain. I would go with the Razors.

 

I have the Bandits and really like them. I have never used the others so I can't comment on them. The bandit XCs are TOUGH (kevlar belted) and somewhat heavy but really resist the dreaded sidewall "snakebites" out here in the hard, dry, sandy desert.

 

what size tire u getting? 22 bandits go good. 22 razrs go good also. my cuz got 20's for his rappie go good on dry ground.

 

I have never tried the Bandit's but I do have 6-ply Razr's on my Raptor now. Compared to the stock Dunlop's, the Razr's slide like crazy and don't quite have the forward grip that the Dunlops do. I'm very pleased with them so far.

 

RAZR'S

 

I have the bandit a/ts on my zilla and love them they may not be that great for the track but they are great for trails and are practically indestructible but are very heavy (but you wont be able to tell any power loss on a raptor) and make the quad ride a bit rougher but they are a great tire a reccomend them to anyone doing trail riding.

 

I have the 22" (actually only 20.5" tall) XC Bandits on my Raptor. The rear Bandits work great in hard pack all the way to reasonably deep mud. I've rode through sloppy mud holes that are over the rear tires. For a sport quad, you can't ask for a better mud performer. The Bandits slide very well, hook up nice, and seem to have above average wear too. When my rear bandits wear out, they will be replaced with the same.......IMO, you can't get a better rear trail tire....I'm sold on 'em. The fronts are a different story though.
P.S. Those rear tires that are an actual 22" tall are gonna make your Raptor set even higher....kinda like a 4X4.

 

hey there is no way you have all them cars u listed in yer toys section a 65 5.0 i doubt unless you are a master with cars you would never make that work get a life

You must not know much about fords man. If Raptoraz's 65 stang was an original 289ci car a 5.0(302ci) would bolt right in as easy as pie.(same motor mounts and bell housing pattern even though he used a newer 5spd 5.0 trans) I think You must be jealous and I also think if anybody should get a life its you mohaveman1!
