My 2000 Banshee's kickstarter has started to make a very annoying rattleing noise. Does anyone know a fix for this? Thanks!

My banshee and every other banshee that I have ridden with does the same thing. I to would be interested in seeing what could be done to fix this problem

Just replace the ball and spring. You can get the OEM parts from any Yamaha dealer. Try the Alba site. You can order online from the fiche.

Put some grease in with the ball and spring. Also, try putting a few O-rings on the shaft the starter leveritself slides onto, not the shaft sticking out of the side case.
