600 grizzly??

what are the pros and cons of the beast???how will the 98 model run compared to a 500 sportsman ho??

I love mine. just hate the 4wd, I'm thinking about adding a locker.
It has tons of power but only 3wd.
Compared to the 500HO? In all honesty I would get the HO probably, especially if you are thinking of getting the '98 compared to the HO, the HO is much newer and has a better 4wd system, but if you are thinking about getting brand new HO I would get the new grizz 660.

I'm not sure, but I think the HO came out in 2000-2001. In most respects I'm sure it would be better then a 98 Griz. That would of course be reflected in the price difference. I've heard rumors that the 98's had over heating problems. I don't know if thats true or not. I know I have never had any problems with over heating. Even with hard riding in 90+ degrees. Beyond that its a brick, that 600 will take anything you can dish out and keep asking for more. A very reliable ride.
