I was wondering before i go and race my friend, how would the race most likely end up. He has a modified air box and a big gun exhaust system and that is it. We are both pretty bad ace drivers, so i how do yall think the race will end up with the setup i got now.

the race is going to be about 125 yards.

My Blaster will take a 300ex quite nicely, my Warrior kills my Blaster. In a drag race it's no contest unless he has some major motor work.

The Dirt Wheels shootout did stated that the Warrior would beat the ex in a drag everytime. They picked the ex over the Warrior because the claimed it has better suspension and handles better on the track and trails.

Warrior620,
How do you like your razr tires? Have you had them in much mud or sand? Do they powerslide well?

I ride with 2 warriors. One with a big gun and the other brand new 2002. My 2000 Blaster beats them in a race. Only mod 14tooth front sproket. And I am 6'01 200lbs..

I ride with a guy with a Warrior and another guy with a 300ex. I can tell you that the Warrior is a fair amount faster on top end. Never seen them actually "Drag Race" officially, but I would guess that the Warrior is faster.

The have switched quads and the Warrior driver says the Warrior is faster, and the 300ex rider agrees.

Like I said though, I have never seen them drag race. If I had to pick a winner I would say Warrior, but at 125yds I bet it would be really close.

Stebob, yes i have had my razrs in both mud and a little sandy mix in the red river bed. I love how the perform in every area i ride, yes they do powerslide well and they grip well to. It just depends on body positioning and throttle usage, somtimes they will grap when you are not expecting them to and the quad will do a wheely while you are hanging over the side of it. I have had them in about foot peg deep mud and they clean off real well but they will throw almost every bit of it on you and the quad.
