I took my raptor out for a little while this weekend and noticed that it was bogging out when I tried to accelerate. Im not sure if it just needs a tune up, I havent taken it in to adjust the valves yet because Ive only ridden it about 10 tanks of gas. I checked the oil and noticed I needed some and I accidently overfilled it a little bit past the mark for full. Could that be the problem. Im not sure what it is but after I get past the initial bogging of the engine the thing runs like a champ. If you have any info. it would be apperciated.
Thanks
ERIC

Check you airbox and filter condition. You could have something restricting your airflow.

There is an extreme rev limiter hooked up to the parking brake at the clutch lever. If this isn't adjusted correctly the Raptor will barely run. We have had this problem several times....vibration will unadjust it for you.

I've had no problems with the rubber boot blowing off of my Raptor. After purchase, everyone should go through there bike and tighten everything in sight to specs after breakin. you should post this as a new question, might get more responses. jmo.
