banshee axle on a raptor

Has any one tried using a banshee axle on a raptor? I know that the banshee axle is 3" wider that the raptors, any success?

I know my friend put a lonestar banshee axle in his raptor but i dont know about a stock one

My Dura Blue is a Banshee 2+2. It fits, no problems.
