i was washing my raptor up and noticed that the upper mount for the front sprocket guard was broke right off the engine case. i never lost a chain or broke one either. where the guard mounts to the case, there is very little material to hold the guard. anyone have any idea how to fix this, without doing a case split.

I haven't heard of this problem happening too much, but I can tell you about the warranty. Take it to your dealer where you got it, they'll most likely take care of you. My buddy had to take his blaster to the shop, 1 month after the warranty and they took care of him. Thats a good way to find out how good your dealer is.
