Why do you need larger pilots when the stock pilot jet is within range of adjustment on the screw?? I have never had to open the pilot screw more than 1/4 turn on even the most built engine.

Raptor720,
I changed mine because I couldnt get my bike to run properly...tried the 25's a little better but still would stall on me...put in 27.5 and now its workin with the screws, unless I just wasnt getting it dialed in...it seemed when I opened my airbox it made it lean all across the board...not to mention that my floats were at 9 mm. I am just curious why you wouldn't need to change the pilots? Dyno jet says the same thing but when I told them my airbox was open they said they couldn't help.
