Im moving to long lake,
You must know where that is. 15 minutes from the 4 corners
Down Kantilla road, and theres a pit across the street from the house
Im proly movin' in may or early summer, I live in the minnow now. Theres some alright trails around here that leads to moonlight beach, and yah, i'd prolly go to garson pits,
that wouls be a blast, and i would definately not buy paddles
its not we live in the dessert, where those would be necessary,. haha.

Congratulations on the new Banshee! I think I know the one you're talking about.
I don't teh way from longlake to garson, except on a 4x4 quad. Not the kind of trail you'd want to take a Banshee on.
I also don't know the pit you're talking about, though I don't doubt that's it's nice. We are really blessed with sand pits around here, and it seems like there are always new ones to find.
I would suggest you come try some of the pits on this end of town though. They're good, and you'll see lots of other Banshees.

I'm a little late, but here goes anyway. As a former 400EXer I can tell you that the Honda handles like a Porshe. The problem is that the power output is closer to a 914 than a 911 turbo. The Banshee handles like '71 Corvette (i.e. tons of power and crappy suspension). The result is guys who buy a Banshee tend to keep them a long time and either upgrade the suspension or stick with drag racing and duning, while many EXers get bored with it's tame motor and either turn it onto a 440 or move up to something faster.
As to the EX being a better trail bike, the two biggest factors that make this true are poor riding skills of many ATVers and the higher gas consumpsion of the Banshee. Put a desert tank on the Yamaha and your've solved the problem, as far as the machine goes.
