Little background: 99 Warrior runs fine for 10 mins or so, once its warmed up it bogs when the throttle is pushed then cuts off and will not crank until it cools off. Talked to several mechanics and they suggested checking the valves. Has anyone done this themselves, I work on cars a good bit and have tools to check clearance. Just need to know the best steps to go about it. Also every mechanic told me that the runout is 3 thousands, is this correct.
