well i want to move the date to some time in late march or early april. preferably early april. i have alot of things going on in march and i think i would have to be gone that weekend.

rapdaddy, have you ever been to LS okla? If not, I would say if your anywhere within a 100 miles of it on your trip stop and check the dunes out. It is much more camping friendly,and alot more to see. But if your into premitive camping and having most dunes to youself then Kermit is hard to beat. April 6th-9th is a HUGE weekend at LS, Their will be some major HP their. Good luck and safe trip.
