I got the big header pipes and Super Trap muffler, from Mickey Dunlap. I can make it loud or quiet, depending on how much power I need.Grizzley Photos

SilverBear. Your Silver grizz was actually my first choice, but red and black are my favorite colors. The 725 Grizz was green to start with, so I bought new Red Plastic and put the Green Plastic on my Project Grizz 900.Being that I had Previous painting experience painting cars and understanding special primers and flex agents I think actually a painted Grizz like yours is actually easier to get the scratches out and repair than the plastic is.So to keep the plastic looking new I use Plastic renew. And I am thinking of a way to apply it on the plastic with low air pressure.Because it is hard to make the plastic renew apply evenly. There is just as much work in preparing the plastic for paint and less time to repair the scratches in the paint when you get them than it is to use Plastic Renew to have a good looking job. I am not finished with the 900 Grizz yet. I will keep you posted when done and tell ya all about it Pics and all. What happen in the water hole? Your suppose to be front wheels up!http://photos.yahoo.com/fastsack

Thanks for the info! I wish I had your knowledge of paints. This last weekend I put a nice 6 inch scratch on the right front fender. Paint looks to actually be pretty thick on this thing. Anyways, now there's a long black scratch, and I need to do something about it, but don't really know. What would you do? I haven't called the dealer yet to see if there's touch up paint, but will talk to him tomorrow, as I need to go and pick up the shock covers anyway.
The mudhole? My second trip on the new Grizzly, and the brother in law just tried crossing, and didn't make it but maybe 4 feet. I thought what the heck, gave it a go, and obviously didn't see the hole there lurking under the mud. That's actually what started me on modifying the Grizzly to suit my personal tastes and needs.
Please do keep me posted. You have some awesome quads, and they look incredible!
