How thick is the spacer that you use? What problems are incurred? Do you have to make modifications to the airbox for the raised height, also how do your pipes fit since the cylinders are raised? Just wanted to know.

Hey Jennifer! How ya been?

Ok as for the long rods. I would get Wiesco's new pistons that have the pin located higher so that you (a) dont have to run a spacer plate or (b) bore your cyls out to .080 over and run blaster pistons. Up until just recently Tttt Tttrinity was the only co that was producing them (wiesco was making them for trinity) but now wiesco is making them in the pro light versions. (trinity's were the ultra lights which means piston life will be short) The problems w/ running the spacer plate is that it lowers crank case pressure and raises crank case volume, which in turn hurts over all performance.
Are you building a drag bike? What will be the main use of this engine?

I hope I helped... good luck

I finally got to talk to the guy that built my motor last night and he told me when I decide to go with like a 420 then maybe but not until then. Gave me some other good ideas. I'll probably just stick with buying some new front shocks, the stockers are pretty tired. Thanks.
