The baffle is not welded to the pipe. There is a screw to undo first. The second thing that most people responded about was the fact that the baffle was actually stuck. Some used pliers to pull out some pried with screw driver. If yours is stuck be fore warned that you may screw up the end by prying it out.

Taking out the end baffle will make big difference at lower RPM and increases noise by 6-8 dB. The easiest way to get it out without too much damage done is to take a pair of pliers, grab the baffle tight and hit the pliers with a hammer. This WILL hurt like heII if you hit your hand but should loose the baffle up and get it out with minimal damage, as long as the pliers don't slip much. Get ready to order a pipe as you will be wanting one after you see the difference this little change makes.

If you want noise and no power gain you can take the baffle out. If you want a little noise and power gain put a ct sonic or yoshi system on it. When i got my warrior the baffle was out and people could hear me 1.5 miles away! The power sucked and you could notice the usual decelleration backfireing a lot more. The choice is yours
