banshee smoking on right side only??? please help

hi my banshee is smoking bad on the right side. i have no clue what it is, but it looks like there is only exhaust coming out of the right side because you can only see smoke on the right side. can someone please tell me what this could be???? do i have to adjust my carbs??? please help thank you

If it just started doing this out of the blue, you have a problem within the top end [piston,rings,cylinder] or a bad crank seal on the right side.

If it has always smoked like this, but always on both sides until now, you have a firing problem on the left cylinder. [Spark plug?]

i have been riding it, so if it is the plug then how is that,,,i can ride with one piston????

Yes you can. Sometimes a Banshee will run very rough with only one cylinder firing, but I've rode with guys before that have fouled a plug and the machine continues to run fine, just alot less power. It was just a suggestion for you to look at.

Did this problem just crop up all of a sudden?? Or has it gradually started smoking on the right side more??

Check the hose between the two carbs. I accidentally disconnected it on a buddy's Banshee while jetting it for him once. It did the same thing. Exhaust out of only one pipe.

i changed the right side plug..it still smokes. the carbs are sacrinized also. it smoked like that for a while. i just never thought twice about it until now. what else could it be??? thank you for all this help i apprieciate it

i had this problem with my bone stock 98 banshee and just took it to the dealer because i don't mess with tiwn carb system's and they said it was just in need of adjusting and ran fine
