Just picked up a Lonestar +2 swingarm and was curious as to what length of chain I will need with 13/42 gearing?

no idea.. but I can tell you with the JTM 4.5 inch extension it's 106 links..

so I'm sure you'd be less than that..

(assuming this is a raptor)

stock chain is 92 links, 1 link being about 1" you would need an additional 4 +2 links for your sprocket. I would think 98 would be the magic number. I alway get chains a bit longer than I need and just cut the extra links off, easier to have too much than not enough

Thanks guys. I just bought a new o-ring chain, it has the master link, just curious if I can add length's or do I have to get another new chain? Its a Renthal R3 if that matters.

Just FYI. The Lonestar +2 swingarm is actually exactly 3" longer than the stock arm and takes a 104 link chain with 13/42 gearing.
