Getting Banshee, What to do now???
#1
On wednesday i am picking up a 2000 banshee. It already has procircuit pipes and silencers and a skid plate. What mods should I do next starting with the cheapest and moving up?
Also can someone explain the whole reeds, reed cage, reed spacer stuff to me. I don't know much about this so could someone clarify what each is and what each will do for me. How much gains from each and what the best way to go is.
Also, are Boyseen Reed Cages a good investment? What will they do for me.
Thanks

I think you would be pretty impressed with just adding a K&N Power Kit (filter, outerwear, cleaning solution & oil, and Jet Kit). We put pipes and the power kit in a buddy's '01 several months ago (left the airbox lid off instead of drilling holes in the airbox), and he has been clocked at 93mph by running head to head with a car.

One thing that is mandatory, and that is too get the Pro design Proflow. This replaces the stock filter setup system and will probably save your engine one day. I have seena dyno chart where they added the pro-flow and a K&N and got almot 5 more horsepower. You know how dynos are, but the solid mounting of the pro flow is worth the $80 and some peice of mind.
