Your elevation is a critical piece of information for anyone to try and help.

I am at your elevation. I have a K&N filter in the stock airbox w/ ten one inch holes in the lid. 150/155 mains, stock pilots, 1&5/8 out and 2&1/4 out on air screws. Perfect!!!!!

i'm at a bit higher elevation (5200' homebase ride at 7500' most of the time) and a bit more modified full exhaust no airbox lid k&n, dynojet running 146/148, 25 pilots and my air fuel at 2 3/4 out

My dealer did mine on an engine analyzer, then when I lost thrid gear I asked the mechanice how my jetting looked. He said by the looks of the oil ring being 1/4 inch from the top of the cylinder it looks perfect. That was a different dealer. They are looking for a certain exhaust temp and adjust your air screw accordingly. If your mains/ pilots/ needle's are to far off they can never adjust the carbs to achieve the desired exhaust temp so you must rejet accordingly.....

It's betwween 1/2 and 3/4. You must be running my exact set-up or your adjusments will need to be different. The dealer will only charge you 20 bucks and then you'll always know. Of course your jetting leans out when it get cooler, but not enough on four strokes (Raptor) to warrant the hassle to change it. Two stroke you would want to rejet in the winter......
