Warriors are heavy and feel more like a utility quad than a sport machine .
And i feel sorry for all you people who bought raptors and they are now sittin in your garage because the tranny locked up.
And yes i have heard about 02 raptors having problems too.

ex_master, my 02 Raptor runs just fine thank you. It was my old 250R that I was always working on & my Raptor is .75 seconds faster in 100yrd sand drags than the 250R.

Corndog, unless the 02's C'Dales are faster than the 01's I'm not too worried I've beat two 01's this year in 100 yrd sand drags by 2 lengths. I might get my butt kicked by a moto 440 on a MX track but a $12,000 quad better be able too!

Hey corndog how long have you had your canibal? I've always wondered how the fuel injection & their electronics hold up after being thrashed in the sand, dirt, mud, water & dust. That was the main reason I went with the Raptor instead of the C'dale. A guy I race with has the C.B performance electronic fuel injection on his buggy & it works great but is kind of fragile.

This isn't a flame It's just something I've wondered about.

oops my bad. I don't got a problem with raptors its just the whole tranny lock up scares me.

 

the last 2 seasons with my 250R I trashed 2 trannys I hope I'm thru with that.

 

THEMOOSE i have the 500 computer and am disappointed because most people got the 1000(the 1000 is faster i was just in denial, now I am ANGRY!!!) the deal was you got the ohlins and the 500 or the 1000 and the hydraulic clutch and some other little things, but most people got ohlins and the 1000 computer for the same price and they are trying to sell me the 1000 for $460!!! Not only is the 1000 faster but you can map it(i think you can map the 500 but it is much more limited). Seriously i don't know if i could beat your raptor in a drag, but i honestly think i could compared to that pro curcuit raptor. just make sure if you get a cannibal you get the 1000 computer and don't get pissed all over like i did.
