Lets compare my 440 to your 220cc bigger raptor in top speed . J/K guys, I got my place and Raptors have theirs. If I didn't race MX, I would probably own a Raptor.
Oh, and pontiac, I would hope that the Warrior would beat a 300ex (in top speed... which is the only place it beats it) since the Warrior is 53cc's bigger and has a 6th gear.
I also have only had one mojave out run me when I had my 300ex and that was the guy that raced a mojave in the Pro class at Badlands mx!! I was impressed because the mojave wasn't even all that modded up.

Tim Farr is currently racing a Yamaha426 quad AND a CRF440 quad at a few races later in the season.
Ease up guys.
No Yamaha or Honda has any big advantage over the other in the real world of ATVing regardless of which machines you are talking about. Every rider has his/or her own needs in a machine.
If one brand did it all, there would be only one brand.
Just pick your favorite color and ride already.

actually Knowsalot: Tim Farrs CR450f deoesn't exist. The only other quad he rides is a 250r for TT due to the gearing.
I appreciate the fatherly role. However...your response does not take into consideration the posts title "Honda rules Yamaha" Hindra didn't say honda ruled everything and the Yamamha owners naren't saying Yamaha rules everything.
it was a direct comparison between the too. At this point in time, Honda is behind the eight ball...not just with Yamaha. Consider, Bombadier, Cannondale and suzuki. I don't know how anyone can dispute that.
it's okay to share your opinion with us Knowsalot. you don't have to be so PC. it makes us all sound like Brand Loyal Yamaha extremists. i recognize alot of the names that responded and thats not the case. most of us (as you Know) own or have owned several in our life.

Raptor660RNH- Sorry about that, I remember hearing something about Tim Farr and Jerimiah Jones both riding CRF 450's and I assumed they were already racing them. See.... THATS why we need quad racing to be on TV... it helps me keep up w/ whats goin on . Later
