I bought some DP brake pads for the rear, 2nd set in 1500 miles, but they were only $22.00. I'd like to install them myself but don't have the manual and the dealer is out of stock. Can anyone tell me, (in some detail) how to install them. I have some C-clamps to use. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks...

It would be very hard to expalin in detail on how to change your brake pads on the forum.

Remove the caliper assembly from the ATV

Loosen the bleeder screw

Leave the brake pads in the caliper. Push the "outer" pad towards the "inner" pad all the way as much as you can with your hand. You need to compress the piston into the caliper. Use a C-clamp or pry the brake pads to achieve this.

Once the piston is pushed into the caliper, Tighten the bleeder screw and remove the brake pads and replace with new ones. [Some ATV's have one brake pin to remove the pad and some have two.]

Bolt caliper back to ATV and bleed the brake system.

Thanks for the help, it sounds like I may need the manual. I'm not sure how to bleed the brakes either. Thanks anyway.
